ADBが気候変動対策の予算を倍の60億米ドルに

ADBのpresidentであるTakehiko Nakao氏が、アジア太平洋地域の気候変動対策の予算を、30億ドルから60億ドルにすると発表した。

40億ドルは、再生可能エネルギー、エネルギー効率、持続的交通（sustainable transport。日本語訳があっているのかわからない）、スマートシティの開発である。
In a statement, the regional development bank said out of the USD 6 billion, USD 4 billion will be dedicated to mitigation through scaling up support for renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable transport and building smart cities.

残りの20億ドルは、インフラ整備、気候変動に対応した農業（climate-smart agriculture）、災害対策に使われる。
The remaining USD 2 billion will be for adaptation through more resilient infrastructure, climate-smart agriculture and better preparation for climate-related disasters, it said.

17のSDGs（sustainable development goals）があり、これに大きく貢献する予定であるという。

こんなことが書いてあるが、結局は、今までどおり開発を続けるということであろう。「気候変動対策」という看板をもしはずしたらどうなるか？
結局は、同じようにお金は使われることになるだろう。

看板を「気候変動対策」に付け替えただけのように思う。

ちなみに、MDGsの次の、2030年までの国連の目標は、SDGsである。
